Thursday evening I went to a family that has 4 cats. One of them had babies two weeks ago and I am considering to take one... I am not quite sure because the lady seemed a little bit weird to me as she mentioned she feeds her cats only with minced meat, tuna, chicken breast etc. I think you can feed something like that as goody, not regularly. Another thing is she doesn't want to give the cats away before they're 12 weeks old.
But I know that it is no problem to separate the babies from the 6th week on (when they can eat and drink alone) which would go best with my schedule. So I need to talk to that lady again and if she insists on only give them away at 9th of July I sadly will have to refuse...

Well, I'm not a cat person but I do like animals and when I see a cat, I do try and pet it (although I am scared they'll scratch me). I like the big wild cats!
Anyway, the kittens are cute and they are as noisy as puppies! Have you picked out the one you would take if you're able to?
Not yet - they looked all the same; I have to go again and see how they develop...

from my experience, i would say giving away the kittens from the 8th week on is pretty ok.
